Devcon season
A Frontier season at Devcon speed, with 300,000 LORDS to win. It runs from Tue 3 Nov 07:30 IST (Tue 3 Nov 02:00 UTC) to Fri 6 Nov 15:30 IST (Fri 6 Nov 10:00 UTC). It plays like any Frontier season (Frontier), only faster.
Join with your ticket
- Scan your flyer's QR code. It opens your sealed Devcon ticket.
- Open your ticket. Sign in with Discord or your email (Sign in). Your first sign-in creates your Realms account. The ticket then shows whether it is regular or golden, and what its realm claims each day.
- Choose your home. The Devcon game's Realm step opens with your ticket chosen. Press Found your realm.
Each account holds one Devcon ticket. Scanning a second flyer with an account that already holds one shows the ticket you have, and that flyer stays unspent for someone else. Without a flyer you can still play: found your home with a Realm your payout wallet holds, or take a free home.
What your home claims
Your home claims Labor and Essence once every game day: press Realm Labor beside your LORDS (on a phone, in Menu), then Claim. A day you miss is lost, and Labor that does not fit in your storage is lost with the claim.
| Home | Labor | Essence |
|---|---|---|
| Devcon ticket | 1,000 | 1,000 |
| Golden ticket | 2,000 | 2,000 |
| A Realm you hold | 1,000 | None |
| A free home | None | None |
Every flyer looks the same. 15 of them hold a golden ticket, revealed only when the ticket is opened. Devcon and golden realms have their own look on the map and on the Season board.
The LORDS
The season's pool is 300,000 LORDS:
- 70% pays chests: 210,000 LORDS, released day by day and paid by the ruins you clear and the chests your armies find (Chests and LORDS).
- 30% pays the leaderboard: 90,000 LORDS to the top 3 realms on the Season board at the season's end: 45,000 for first, 30,000 for second and 15,000 for third. Only realms that cleared at least one site take a place.
The Season page shows the podium as the season runs, and each prize as Pending until it is paid.
LORDS go to your payout wallet. Link one in Settings, Payout wallet (Payout wallet). You can withdraw your realm's LORDS during the season. When it ends, whatever your realm still holds, and your prize, is paid to your linked wallet. Payments are automatic once the payout checks complete. Without a linked wallet, link one within 7 days of the season's end and they are paid to it. After that, unpaid LORDS return to the treasury.
What is faster
- A game day lasts 4 to 12 hours (8 to 24 in a regular season).
- Stamina recovers, and your buildings produce, 3 times as fast.
- The Ethereal depths cost 20,000, 50,000 and 100,000 Essence (100,000, 250,000 and 500,000 in a regular season).
- The leaderboard pays its top 3, with the prizes above.
Everything else is as the Frontier pages describe it.
After Devcon
Frontier season 1 opens on Nov 9.
